These terms cover using Carlos Locksmith’s booking form and the work that follows.

Requesting a booking

Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will be in touch to confirm. Please give an address and a number we can reach you on — we cannot attend without them.

Prices

Any figure shown before a technician has seen the job is an estimate. The price is confirmed on site, before work starts. You are free to decline at that point.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when the work is confirmed. Where a balance is left outstanding we may remind you by text or phone.

Cancelling

Tell us as soon as you can if you no longer need us. If a technician has already travelled to you, a call-out charge may apply.

Text messages

By giving your mobile number you agree to receive texts from Carlos Locksmith about your own booking: confirmation, progress, and unpaid-balance reminders. No marketing is sent. Message frequency depends on your booking; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

Our work

We are licensed and insured, and we will do the work with reasonable care and skill. Tell us promptly if something is not right and we will put it right.
